Im a regular at the gym. I go Monday through Friday and I have been on the same routine for about 5 weeks now. I work out each muscle group once a week (Mondays is chest and tris, tuesdays is back and bis... etc) and wednesdays are abs for me. But I feel like doing abs once a week isn't enough. I have a very toned stomach but I want my abs to explode and pop lol. So, do you think it's a good idea to include abs into the other workouts or maybe go every other day with abs?
