Im a regular at the gym. I go Monday through Friday and I have been on the same routine for about 5 weeks now. I work out each muscle group once a week (Mondays is chest and tris, tuesdays is back and bis... etc) and wednesdays are abs for me. But I feel like doing abs once a week isn't enough. I have a very toned stomach but I want my abs to explode and pop lol. So, do you think it's a good idea to include abs into the other workouts or maybe go every other day with abs?

Your abs get a workout on other days too. Barbell squats, for instance, activate abs more than many ab exercises. What sort of ab workout are you doing now? Are you using weights or just bodyweight?

Bodybuilders have a saying "A six pack is built in the kitchen, not the gym". Everyone has a six pack, most of them are buried under a layer of fat. Getting your diet in order may give you a six pack quicker than endless crunches.
