HI Buddy...
Are you on a well system or city/town water supply?
Do you live in a home on a concrete slab?
How do you know pressure is being lost without using water?
Back to you...

We are on water delivery we have a 1500 gal water tank which is outside buried we live in a house and you can hear the pump cut in in the middle of the night when no one is using any water so there is no need to lose pressure

A 1500 gal buried tank is BIG. How do you know "no leaks" when you can't see the bottom? Possible toilet flapper is leaking. Put some red food coloring in the toilet tank and in an hour look in the bowl. If the water is colored, there is your problem.

There is no leaks in the house it's a new house and water system we were wondering if could be some ice or something like that as we are in the north and its minus 25 or so here in canada the pump is in the water tank outside

Your buried tank is, as I understand it, basically your "well". You pump from the reserve tank into a pressure tank. When the tank gets to a certain pressure point, the pump shuts off. There will be a check valve to prevent water in the tank from simply going back into the reserve tank. Your cv could be leaking.
Also, just because your house is new does not mean you could not have a leaking flapper valve in a toilet. Only way to know for sure is turn off the house if you have a shut off valve that will do it.
