I have a two year old ToTo toilet with water spraying from bullcock/toliet valve. Someone stated to pour vinegar through holes on top of valve a few times. This should get rid of sediments building up. It seems to stopped water spraying out of one of the four holes on top. Should I try bleach next? I don't have the time to repair but hopefully don't need to call a plumber. Any thoughts ?

Which type do you have https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/attachments/plumbing/20379d1243960447-leaks-toilet-handle-when-fills-both-ballcocks.jpg The valve is repairable but a replacement is only about $10. If you replace go with a Fluidmaster 400A

Take a dumP and try again. You may need a specialist. This usually only happens on older pots.
