This morning I woke up to no water. We are on a community well and everyone else has water. I went down and pulled the main incoming water line off the pressure tank and there is tons of pressure going into the tank but we still have nothing on the other side. It is -20 Celsius here but we have had much colder and it is in a semi-heated crawl space. When I opened a drain valve for one of my outdoor taps water that was trapped in the lines flowed out. I have a heater on it but I doubt it is frozen. Is the tank plugged? Is the line plugged? I need to get water asap... my kids are coming home from hockey and need to shower!

Most likely the main water line in the crawl space has frozen. You can probably thaw the line most rapidly with a hair dryer. You should turn off the line coming out of the tank in case the pipe has burst. If it has, when you melt the ice in the pipe, you are going to get wet.
I know you said you have had colder weather but there are variables such a temperature in the house and wind. For what ever reason, this time the pipe has frozen.

For the future I suggest that you install heat tape on the pipes to prevent freezing.
