Me and my husband have been married 7 years we have 4 children, he has always been less interested in sex than I he is satisfied if we have sex only 1 or twice week, and as we had more children his interest in sex decreases. Now when we have sex I always have orgasm before him and sometimes he can't, does this mean he has problem or am I the problem. He is 37 and I am 30, and he is healthy.

What is his age? Has he had a physical lately?

Yes, but has he had a physical lately? No medications I take it.
See, an enlarged prostate can cause this problem and many times there are no symptoms to an enlarged prostate. This is why I asked if he had a physical.
It may be a mental problem too. Is he unusually stressed recently?

Men like your husband could have gone off sex or that because of changes in their lives that cause stress and pressure on them to do well in these new events .
Maybe your husband feels pressured to perform for you in bed that his mind his taking over and he can't orgasm or that .
Talk to him about it... find out if he is stressed or that , perhaps he is self conscious... help him through it . I know kids can be a handful , but make time for yourselves it isn't your fault by the way .Arrange a holiday : a short weekend away have the kids stay with relatives or that surely your families wouldn't mine that ?
To assure your husband find time to have sexual foreplay so that he can get back into the secual swings of things and see how things develop from there hope that helps.
