Ok... back to basics... Air , Fuel Ingition, compression.

Is the plug wet? Is the plug getting a solid blue spark... is the air filter blocked? Does the motor have compression?

If everything you tried is working good try disconnecting the ignition... that happened to my old snowblower the ignition got wet and it wouldn't start so I disconnected it and it worked fine
