Yesterday, it stopped working. The green light is on. Paper isn't stuck. Formany hours, the lightbulb icon to the left was on. I've tried pushing various buttons. Nothing happens. If I hold down the arrow icon, it will print... But what comes out is paper that will say "HP Deskjet 6500)... If I do the usual routine to print, nothing happens. Also, another icon on the printer is on: It's on the bottom left showing a page with a corner turned a tiny bit. Sorry for all this primitive babble. You're probably laughing hysterically. I do't blame you one bit... But since I'm clueless, that's all I'm able to describbe. BTW - turning the whole computer off and then on doesn't help. Do I need a new printer? Is
