I was in the shower when I noticed these:

I don't know if I should be worried or not, but around my uncircumcised penis, around the bottom area of the glans around the rim/base there is a clump of tiny bumps.

They don't itch or anything, but I'm not sure what it is. Any help would be good, please.

I have also had unprotected sex with two partners in the past, one of whom is sexually active and the other is not.

The only way to know for certain what this is, is to see a physician. It could be a few things, PPP is a possibility, however, PPP is also commonly mistaken for genital warts and vise versa. Seeing as how you are sexually active drastically changes the odds of which is it.
