From my previous marriage I have a 14yr old daughter . Her dad has been in and out of of her life since she was born had problems with him because he was doing drugs and drinking. We separated several times then finally the cops talked to me said get your divorce get away from him fast we are fixen to take him down and don't want you caught in the middle and lose your daughter . So I moved away and got my divorce from him while he was living with his girlfriend. We divorced in 2002 and he went to the pin in 2005 spent 2yrs there for selling , dealing , delivering , and using. There was a yr we didn't know where he was his girlfriend would call me every day and pled with me to put out a missing person report I had told her his parent would have to cause we are no longer legally married. He won't stay clean won't quit drinking . Will call our daughter every 3 months just to torment her say he is coming to get her and he will hurt me in the process and she is terrified of him . She has seen him do the stuff walked to her aunts called me to come get her she was hiden from her dad he was eating stuff that was making him act weired that was 2yrs ago and the last time I ever let him see her alone again. Now he has threaten to use our divorce agrement saying he can see her but he has never followed that agreement since we signed it over 8yrs ago. Can't keep time on his phone he is still on probation his girlfriend is on probation and he lives with two other convicted people on probation and my daughter has begged me to find a way to take his rights and let my new husband adopted her. Now my boys I had them out of wed lock to a married man he never took me to court to get any custody or visitation rights when the boys where 1yr and 5 months and the other was 5 months he left me alone to take care of them. He has not been in there life seen them maybe once a month then a year and 4months ago he moves 5states away and marries his girlfriend after he divorced his wife and he tells me he has his family now he don't have time for them he is sorry he has made his decision to be with his new wife and her daughter that later when the boys are older he will spend time with them they needed this new start and time together with no interfernce. So how do I go about to get papers signed and what do I need to do so my husband can adopted my kids they love him as if he was there dad from birth and he loves them and wants to be there dad.
