Evidence is presented as to how they violated the probation
(or probation) The person is free to have an attorney, and can try and prove they did not.

The PO often has a prepared opinion of what they recommend, and my be questioned about how the person as done on probation so far.

The reason and type, for example if it is for a dity UA, you may try and present evidence that it is now clean, if it is for non payment of fines or other payments, you can try and have them paid by the hearing.

The idea of the hearing is to determine if you should be put in prison or jail, or if you should be given another chance to be on probation
