How can he have visits, is he not in jail for trying to rape your sister ?

Using the police report of the rape have you went to court to get his visits restricted to perhaps supervised only.

Was he ordered to pay the mortgage on the house in the divorce paper work ? Normally after you are split up, they don't keep paying the bills.

The mortgage is in joint name he just decided he is not putting any money in. I'm hoping to sell the house and move away maybe interstate or overseas. Would the judge allow me to move away with my daughter?
