View Full Version : I'm a woman who squirts a Lot: What are the risks?
Besuki

This is a serious question. I am a woman who has the ability to 'squirt' when I come both from oral stimulation and penetration. My current partner especially enjoys stimulating me orally and often does so for 30- to 60-plus uninterrupted minutes, during which time I orgasm and squirt 10-25 times. He'll drink the ejaculate out of my vaginal area as though he was drinking from a water fountain, and I expel a significant amount of liquid (several cups) . My partner can attest that it is female ejaculate by its sweet taste and not urine. I find that if I ejaculate a lot, I won't need to urinate for half the day or more. All this background seemed necessary for me to ask my question, which is: Is it dangerous for a woman to expel her body's liquid through ejaculation and not urination? Am I allowing toxins to build up in my system by not eliminating urine? What are the possible risks? What steps should I take to avoid illness or infection?

You are confusing the issue, female orgasm, ejaculate, or squirting as some call it all come from the same place, the skene's glands around the urethra, not from the bladder. And no, you are not doing any harm to anything, you just have a very active, well stimulated G spot. I have no idea what significance is attached to the fact that you don't have to urinate for a half day after this happens.

Forgive me, this story sounds a little incredulous.
Given what you said is true, I would make sure to remain hydrated. Make sure that you replace all the fluids that you've lost. While you're not urinating as much as you would have been the amount of time that the toxins will be in your system will not cause damage. I wouldn't do it too often, but I don't believe that there is anything to be concerned with.
It is unusual and something you should keep an eye on. As for protection, you should probably use the same amount as you always would. You cannot usually transmit disease though oral sex but you should be certain that your boyfriend doesn't have an active cold sores or other would around his face and hands as well as yourself not having any open wounds.
I am sure that you're boyfriend is delighted. Have fun with this.

One thing I want to point out is YES, diseases can be transmitted through oral. I'm not saying that the OP or her boyfriend have any, but yes, the chances is just as high.
To the OP, have you spoken to your Doctor about this? It can be common for women to "squirt", but for your own piece of mind just to make sure that the two are even linked together.
How much water do you even consume in a day?

Sorry if it sounds hard to believe, Craven, but it's the truth. It's not like we go to town like this everyday, but when we have the time--usually on the weekends--the scenario I have described is typical. I want to thank you for your answer. I haven't spoken to my gyno about this out of, I'll admit it, embarrassment, but I will bring it up to her at my next checkup.
Enigma, thank you for your response, but I wasn't concerned about sexually transmitted diseases. I am aware that they can be transmitted via oral, and I do take precautions. I was concerned about the toxicity of my kidneys as the result of voiding significant amonts of liquid via a manner that did not also void urea.
Thanks to both. If anyone else has a response I'd love to hear it.

Hi, Tick. Thanks for this response. The significance would be that I am voiding liquid from my body via an atypical manner (i.e. squirting) that does not also void urea. But it sounds, from your response, that it's not possible for this liquid to travel from my bladder to the output in my vagina, so I guess I have little to worry about. I'll make a point to stay well hydrated. Thanks again.

Actually I want to offer another point here. It is entirely possible that you are NOT sqirting/ejaculating, but urinating. If I do not use the bathroom before I sexually stimulate myself, or have sex with a partner, I will often urinate during an orgasm. Women are not like men, where the urethra is cut off during sexual activity.
So this would explain why you do it so often, and why you do not need to urinate as much when you do this.
Either way, neither one is going to hurt you

I started to comment that it worn't hurt you but might do a job on the bedding...
The percentage of women who can actually squirt.. is pretty small comparered to those that think they can, As Jenniepepsi said (I have to spread the rep around more). Most leak urine. And if you drink sufficient ammounts of water, its really not that apparent that's what it is... not until you start getting dehydrated that the urine smell becomes that apparent. And that's to him with his face buried in it at the moment.
Depending on the level of excitement and instensity of the orgasm... that amount can be only a few drops to a somewhat significant amount. Depending on how long since you took a pee. And it does happen with younger women and not just older ones. However Kiegle exercises can help control it.

When there isn't enough water going through the digestive system, the body will retain water to stay in balance. The ultimate effect is you will not pee. It makes perfect sense why this happens the day after one of your sessions.
Solution: drink more water.
The significance would be that I am voiding liquid from my body via an atypical manner (i.e. squirting) that does not also void urea.
Actually, this could be false. There's urea and uric acid in human sweat, so I would tend to think it's in most liquids the body releases.

Several CUPS worth can only come from the bladder. Even from there that's a HUGE amount. And women have smaller bladders than men.
If its sweet you have sugar in your urine... and need to see a doctor because THAT is indicative of kidney problems. Bodily secretions are not normally what one would call "Sweet"... as in remotely like sugar.

Myopic statement on my part. Yes, it is just as easy to transmit diseases oral as through penetration.

smoothy, it doesn't come from the bladder, it comes from the tissues around, the urethra. Doesn't mean she has sugar in HER urine, Smoothy, it is her lover imagining the taste, savouring it, get it...

Jennie, it isn't urinating, I assure you. I squirt and I know it isn't from my bladder.Anyone who experiences it thinks it's a phenom, actually not. It is perfectly natural when the G spot can be stimulated quite easily in some women. Some women have this ability and it is actually quite satisfying to both parties involved in the sexual activity. Sorry male 'members' reading this post, but some of us women actually DO ENJOY and show it by ejaculating. Start reading guys.
To women who haven't experienced a really great orgasm, if you do, it will be accompanied by female ejaculate, which is 'squirting' or 'gushing'. To some it is confusing and initially think it is 'peeing', but not so. It is not urination.

Don't matter WHERE... two cups is a huge amount. And for there to be a stream?? Nope... no possible way... you don't get that volume in that time from her BREASTS if she's lactating.
I may not be a doctor... or attended medical school but I understand biology well enough to know there is no gland or organ in the female body that's going to do that volume, that fast,in that area... except in resivoir, and that would be the bladder. We are talking CUPS as they claim... not Ounces or even teaspoons. So there is either a gross exageration of volume or gross exageration of facts.
And yeah I've been between more than a couple pair of legs before I got married. And I didn't marry until 29.
And yeah... a woman is far more prone to "leak" if she's on top. NOT at all into golden showers, but have experienced unintentional female leakage enough over the last 3+ decades to not get freaked out by it.

Slappy, you have the right idea, more water in the system. But it is not urea (that is a test), it is a female urethrea which is what we pee out of. It is slightly above our vagina, a separate opening.
If you already know this, slap, please don't take offence, only explaining because there is a lot of mystery surrounding our openings at time. :)

I know you aren't, I'm 49, and have been around more than many, not as much as some. But I stopped believeing in Santa Claus and a lot of other things, I got to see the proof on a lot of things before I believe them (like the people that claim alien abductions)... if this is possible... then practicing doctors can positively explain the process as to how this would be possible. And then there would not be any controversy on the topic. Which unfortunately, there is plenty of (the controversy part).

C'mon guys. Enough!
The bottom line is that if Op is concerned, then she needs to see her Doctor. Just for her own piece of mind.
No offence to anybody.

Yes, I totally agree, this is just a woman enjoying her lover and being concerned about her bodily functions. Slap had a good point; she has to re-hydrate herself a lot more and then she will see balance occurring, that is what she is worried about.
Thanks, engima for putting a stop on all of this nonsense.

Sorry tickle, I was just pointing out that when I climax I very often empty my bladder from the contraction, so I started going to the bathroom before bedroom :P I thought maybe the OP may be experiancing that .

THAT isn't all that uncommon among women (actually increaces after several children). Same advice the wife was to her given too... though in her case its more of a leakage than a voiding thing. But it does run the full range depending on the person and situation. Told her to ask when she had her appointment a number of years back... and they confimed that.
Its just how women are built.

A bladder elevation (simple enough surgery) can eliminate the leakage problem which occurs while running, any physical activity. I never had that problem during sex, but did while working out, so had the bladder elevation 20 years ago and never had to have it done again. Paid by my socialized benefits, OHIP, by the way smoothy,

You got lucky... hell of a waiting list for most things according to my wife's relatives in Montreal, glad it worked for you.
I know its an embarrassing situation for most women, (it would be embarrassing to most guys too, not just ED) and they don't like to discuss it.

Recovery time is minimal, it is in and out the same day, jennie. There is no risk of surgery if you or your doctor don't have health concerns.

"SQUIRTING" Such a fine topic! LOL I would have never thought I'd be in the middle of this. I'm a very active and athletic 40 year old woman. Recently divorced and have gotten into a very rewarding relationship. I have never experienced squirting ***... I thought getting wet and enjoying an awesome night of pleasure was enough. My new boyfriend has made that completely different. Today he texted me the comment "there is a circle of your DNA the size of a coffee table on my sheets". I have multiple orgasms... always have... for some reason he makes them more intense... hence the squirting I never did to this extent before.

Squirting is a very real thing and is definitely not urine. I realize that it is hard to believe if you have not experienced it. The fact that women can release large amounts of liquid (for me usually about 1 cup) repeatedly proves that it is being manufactured by glands. If it were coming from the bladder, your bladder would eventually empty or, at the least, the volume would decrease with each orgasm.
To the poster - I sometimes feel dehydrated after sex. I have made an effort to drink more water and it has definitely helped. If you are having trouble urinating, you should speak to your doctor.
