I have recently spent 6 months in jail for VOP because of new charges. When it was resolved 6months later I was transported to another jail to satisfy probation in that county, but when they transferred me they dressed me out in the same clothes I was arrested in 6 months prior, that apparently had 2 types of my medications in the small coin pocket of the jeans. I didn't know nor remember the meds were there. After I was dressed out in my clothes I was shackled, then transported to the other county to resolve probation. The new County found the meds, charged me with them and bringing them Across guardlines. I have RX for both meds. They found. I was never released and had been state property the whole 6 months I served. Do you think with the circumstances probation will arrest me for the new charges when I didn't even go out and even committ a new crime?

Ahh but this is a new crime, you need an attorney to get this dismissed *** also did they actually charge you or was this in jail charge where you merely lose use of phone or something ?

But they are going to try and show that you tried to sneak drugs into the jail. You need an attorney who will have to prove , that they were yours, and that you did not know they were there.

We all know that people in jails can sneak in and get all types of drugs and items, so being in jail is not a eal defense
