I am curious to know what is the commission rate that the Hyundai factory pays dealer sales people. I undertand they have a splite commission plan where the dealer pays a part the manufacturer pays a part for each unit sold.

That is one of those life secrets the dealers and manufacturers will never tell. They would like you to believe they only make $100 commission selling a car but then that might give then $200 a week so you know that's bull. Commission car sales are difficult way to make $$ unless you are really good and have a car line that sells.
