Like the title says I have a 1991 honda civic hatch that just turns over and never starts.. it worked fine before we had snow and I got stuck in a rut and couldn't get out(damn low pro tires). But after it set over night I went out to start and it started the whole ordeal. I've replaced the distributor, cap, rotor, plugs and wires. And it fired up I let it run for half an hour and turned it off. Came out two hours later and the problem had came back.. now I'm out of ideas as to what it could be its getting gas but no spark. I've checked all the fuses wires connections. The rotor is spinning when I crank it though any help would be greatly appreciated

Replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil should solve the problem, provided the CEL comes on and goes off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II):

If you installed a new distributor housing, was it a genuine Honda part? Over 50% of new aftermarket distributors don't work at AMHD. Therefore, you may want to exchange it for another or, preferably, buy a new genuine Honda distributor housing and install a new aftermarket ICM and coil in it, to keep the cost down.
