Had an agreement if I gave this person my dog they would not change the name and allow visits with grandchildren before giving the dog to person, they agreed to the terms now they totally ignore any phone calls to set up visitation and when they do they always renig saying that we upset the dog by our presence and refuse to open the door we hear her whining and scratching at door I feel since now they have my dog they feel they don't have to honor agreement even to the point of being sarcastic so I need to know if I can get her back they are being very mean and inconsiderate if they felt it was something they could not do then they should not have agreed just to get what they want
