Can ifile a complaint against our rude manager?he insulted me and my husband and threathen us that he can tell the owner to kick us out of the trailer park?

Our manager is very rude he discriminates his tenant esp if his tennants are mexicans because mexicans don't fight back... he talks a lot as if he's the owner he's arrogant... he said to us that we are in the united states and should speak english,

He always threaten his tennants that he going to kick us and call thepolice.

Everybody hates him... hes not professional,he's so rude.
