Hello! I replaced the tank on my toilet and when I went to turn the water back on, it will not come on. I have checked the toilet valve and it is not clogged and I don't hear any water coming in from the line. How do I fix this?

Make sure the stop is OFF. Disconnect the riser pipe from the tank, turn it down into a bucket and turn the supply stop back on. Water? If not, you have a blockage in the stop. Sometimes an old style valve will shed the washer and plug it. Replace the valve. If YES, you have a blockage in the fill valve. Clean it out.
