Please help me find the name of this book.it is about a girl whose mother and step-father buy her a small sailboat.the sail is red so her parents can tell her apart from the other boats on the water.she named the boat Chip. I have been trying to find this book as a gift for my sister.she read it sometime in the 1970s. Thank you for any help.
