My hamster has a little bump on his left side he akways scratches A lot on both his sides n 1 little part and it gets wet and his fur will spread apart. He bites the bump and itches it and its red and the skin on it is dry I Haven't EVN HAD HIM 4 A MONTH YET AND IM REALLY SCARED *** HELP!! :Z

It is possible that he just has a "hot spot" and it us a constant irritation for him, or it could be something more serious.
The best idea would be to find a vet who knows how to treat hamsters, most have fairly basic knowledge and can help, and make an appointment as soon as you can
