I've been on BirthControl pills for a year now. I just stopped taking them last Friday. I've been having problems with my abdomen for a couple of days and I'm getting very worried. My stomach has always been a bit chubby... but its hard and swollen. There's also been pain. Could there be internal bleeding? Or am I pregnant? Or..
About 6 weeks ago, I was put on antibiotics. Annd I was only told afterwards that it could affect the accuracy of the pill. And I had told the doctor I was on birth control and he never even told me to use backup. My reason for not using another method is because I'm allergic to latex...
I'm just getting really worried and I'm wondering what's going on with my system. Is it something I should go to Emergency for asap? Or should I wait a few days and see?
