I was laying down with my husband and I had a sharp pain that lasted a couple seconds on my bottom right hand ribcage... also having like a sharp pain on both my sides.. anyone got any idea what this could be?

It's likely just your rib cage shifting to make room for baby. How far along are you?

There will be many adjustments throughout pregnancy, many little pains, sharp pains, some where you think the baby is trying to escape through your stomach. ;)

If you're truly concerned than it's always a good idea to talk to your doctor to put your mind at ease. :)

:) I'm 25 weeks. Oh... I didn't realize that the ribs moved to make room lol that's interesting.

It's not so much moving as it is pressure.
