In because I was on probation and currently was dealing with new charges 2 counts of breaching on my probation order and a new charge of uttering threats. I left the province and went to ab, I didn't know what to do, personal safety issues were at hand, now I want to fix this without going to jail, can I go to a cop station in ab and get my probation and court switched over to ab or something anything helllp

What a tangled web we weave...
Look at it this way... the longer you are on the run.. the worse its going to be for you.
BC has jurisdiction. BC has all of the people that are involved in your prosecution... and you want ALL of them to go to AB across the country over a perceived safety issue.
If you don't do some time because you did this consider yourself extremely fortunate.
Best to turn yourself in and deal with it... the longer you wait the less receptive they will be.

First you have to turn yourself in. You will, of course, be arrested. I would strongly advise that you turn yourself in WITH YOUR ATTORNEY PRESENT. You skipped once - the Court is not going to be very convinced that you are not going to skip again. You are undoubtedly going to have to return to BC for a Hearing. You skipped - that's a crime. No one can guarantee that you won't serve time in jail. If there are special circumstances they are for your Attorney to argue.
Of course, if you are stopped and picked up on an outstanding warrant you will be transported to BC with no chance of a transferred hearing and absolutely no chance of leniency.
It's 6 of one, half dozen of the other.
Warrants are serious business and cause you to lose the Court's trust.
