Oil on canvas, very ornate "gold leaf" frame, visually looks to be at least 100 years old and is a landscape. Artists name is Wayland. Also have a matching painting(size and frame)by R Sims. Have not found any info on either artist. Thank you.

There is an artist name Wayland Moore. He does European Landscapes. COuld that be him?
