It depends on how long she has been your girl friend, and how well you know each other. Her being a virgin or not is her business, and her moods are for you to pay attention, so you understand her moods. Takes time.

If you're both mature about you relationship, you should be open and honest with each other.. Especially if you're thinking about having sex, if you are. I believe you have all the right to ask her, but.. Ask her at an appropriate time and place. And be caring about it, don't judge her if she tells you.. If she is moody due to illness and you are uncomfortable to approach her about a question, I sure the heck wouldn't approach her about sex. You may never be able to produce children after she is done with you!!
