I have been following some of the threads regarding OSAP and Canada Student Loan debt. You seem to have the answers I need. Please reply.

Details: Last term of school was August 1999. Declared bankruptcy April 2007. At the time, 8 years out of school but before they changed the laws from 10 years to 5. Now still getting bills and still can't pay.

Thanks for any info you can give.

As far as I know, student loans are not included in bankruptcy unless you can prove it is an absolute hardship to repay.
