My friend has a rough life where she's living now. My mom has offered her a home here at my house but her parents won't allow it. She was at one time pregnant with my child but due to her parents she lost the baby. I was there for her and the baby but once she lost the baby her parents didn't allow us to see each other. Her parents call her names and give her no privacy. By her parents actions she wants to continue to harm herself in ways I won't say and do things that are addicting. I talk her out of doing all that but when she can't talk to me she turns to those things. She isn't allowed to talk to me but when she does she tells me what her parents say and do. I have the messages saved. Her and I want her to be able to move in with me and continue going to school. She's currently 15 and doesn't turn 16 until November. My family completely supports us with this. Do we have a chance?

No, you can not move in with another family to be emancipated, you have to be able to live on your own, have enough income to live on your own, have enough money saved to pay all of your first costs
Next your mom and dad while they may mean well, can get into trouble if they get involved in this.
If there is really bad home life and it is dangerous for the child, Then have your parents call children services to investigate

No, you don't have a chance. She should contact CPS for help.

Why not?
You stand to get into big trouble if you try to handle this your own way.

My way is to wait till she's old enough to live with me
