I have gone through the eviction process in the state of PA which ended with an order of possession and locking out the tenant. He removed some of his belongings, but left a lot behind. While in court, the magistrate gave me some sample letters which included one about property left behind. It stated I should send a letter and give 7 business days, but the tenant recently claimed (in a message left at our house) that I had to hold his belongings for 30 days. Which is correct?
