A while back my dashboard lights would randomly turn on and off. Then one day they stopped working all together. A few months after that the speedometer stopped working as well, its generally at zero. But every once and a while if I'm driving my car for a long while, both the speedometer and the dashlights will work just fine. But both of them working is a rare occurrence.

Im thinking this may be a wire issue, and would like to get it fixed, but is it something I may be able to fix myself?
