I heard I could petition to revoke my child's Father's rights. How can I go about doing so?

We went to court jan. 10, it is now jan. 11, and he has not paid a dime, he doesn't call to see her, he shows up out of no where and is bi-polar and is schizophrenic. When I was allowing him to come over, He would just stare at her and sometimes would not even play at her. He has been in and out of rehabs and has tried to kill himself in the past! I want him out of her life! Please Help, I need answers!

File for sole physical and legal custody, and for supervised visitations (if his vistations are court-ordered).

If his visitations are NOT court-ordered, then don't let him see her.

Revoking a parent's rights almost NEVER happens.

Go to court and get the legal grounds to protect your child through the courts--not through removing parental rights.

While you're at it, get a child support order, or get one enforced if you already have one. He doesn't HAVE to pay a dime unless you have court-ordered support.
