My unit does not blow heat when it is cold out but in the day when it warms up some it will start to blow out warm air. I have called the installer many times and he comes out and resets the unit only to tell me the unit is not made to run when it is cold. Now unless I am a moron I thought heat was for cold and A/c was for when it was hot. Is their anything I can do to fix it. Is there a place online I can go to, to check the error codes on the panel. Or anything. Right now we are using space heaters and its not working I know there is a 10 yr warranty on these units but I can't get my tech to do anything but reset tha unit
