I am 14 weeks and 4 days pregnant. The last couple days I have been crampy, but today it almost felt like I had been doing sit ups for hours. This is my first successful pregnancy, my last one was a miscarriage (blighted ovum). I did have a blood pocket in the beginning of the pregnancy, but things seem to be going as they should be. I have been a little constipated. I guess my question is if it is common to have cramps like this, and if I should not worry since there is no blood, or what I should do from here?

I do think it would be normal since your uterus is stretching due to the baby growing.
