Nissan has a lot of complaints about the 2002 Altima with bad catalytic converter. Has anyone recently been trying to start a class action law suit, as I would like to join it.

Class action suits aren't started... They're created when there's an overwhelming number of individual suits over the same thing. So, if you want a class action suit, file an individual suit first.

But, in the final analysis, there is no strength in numbers. You won't get a better settlement because there are other people just like you. So, I wouldn't care whether anybody joined MY suit.
