I have married an illegal man and we had a baby together. When we met he rushed me to get married, he told me it will do us economically better. On Oct. 2009 he got his conditional green card we had an interview and now he needs to file for permanent green card. I filled for diviorce already. Will it affect him? I know that he can prove that it was a good faith marriage and we have a baby, but he never visits the baby, never gave any money for support. He threatened me to take the baby away :(( but he never takes care!? All our friends tell me I am blind and he married me for his green card and actually I see it since he got his temporary green card. How can I stop it? I heard I can write to IRS and report that but I would like to get your opinion. Please help. He enjoys his life don't pays child support.. little money by the way but he already got a girlfriend. I don't need his money but I want him to loose his green card. What shall I do?

Call ICE and report him, also if you are feeling hurt, threatened or afraid of him you can take out an order of protection (restraining order).
