I am in Washington State and my kids' dad decided as of this month to stop paying child support. What can I do to make him reinstate his payments?

You can't do anything but report the missed payment. You local child support enforcement agency or court however, have many means at their disposal including suspension of an operators license, wage garnishment, and jail time. Please note that they will likely not initiate these action after just one missed payment.
