Dear Doctor, itook an HSG scan. My uterus is normal shape and size and cervical canal is OK. My right tube is normal shape and open with free spill. My left tube is irregular in shape at the fimbreal end with the spill mildly loculated. Conclusion says, ihave left hydrosalpingitis with minimal pelvic adhesions. Ihave been doing tubal flushing for 3times before idid the scan and my doctor ican also add on 2times of tubal flushing to increase chances of being OK. He says ican even get pregnant with minimal adhesions, that some women have them, Doctor, is it true ican get pregnant with presence of minmal adhesions since ihave aright open tube,

With that said, you only need one tube to become pregnant as long as you are ovulating.

You will probably be able to get pregnant, it may take you a while, such as a year or more of actively trying, but it should be possible for you.
