I don't have time 2 go to the gym so I wanted to know if anyone can give me the name of a great diet? Someone please help

There is no such thing except the ones in which you change the way you eat. Don't eat any cookies, candy, cake, pie, muffins, cupcakes, anything white like flour or sugar or rice or potatoes, and drink only water, two 8-oz. glasses every time you put something into your mouth.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, chicken, fish.

Don't eat 2 hrs before bedtime. Cut down on carbohydrates. Eat more protein. Dink more water. Eat breakfast if you don't. Eat 6 smaller meals / day instead of 3 big meals. Don't eat any type of man made snacks, just eat vegetable or fruits.
There isn't a magic pill to lose weight instantly though, the suggestions above is very good but can't substitute a good exercise program.

A good balanced diet, and find that 10 minutes here and there if you have to take a walk at lunch time, exercise 10 min in the morning, and so on.
