There was a movie with a boy and girl in it and the girl lived as a neighbour and she had a diamond in her teddy which some men were looking for any ideaa?

Well... If it was Animated it would be "THE RESCUERS". A little orphan girl is forced to steal a diamond, which she hides in her teddy bear.
But if it was live action, I'll keep working on it.
