Ok I have a 90 accord ex auto and the other day I was driving to pa to visit a friend and I was coming home and I realized while I was pressing on the gas the car was slowing down and I have a pretty loud exhaust and from what I could hear it sounded like a putting sound so I pulled over.. I got out and checked the engine but really couldn't tell because it was dark. Well I got the balls to drive it to the nearest gas station so I could see and a guy there told me it was my spark plugs so I drove it home... well next day I took it to be looked at and the guy told me it wasn't my plugs or my aftermarket ignition wires it was something else.. Well long story short I talked to my neighbor and he did a compression check and said it was my valves... If any 1 might have a clue to wha it is please let me know... :o

Valves are supposed to be adjusted every 15,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. Of course, most people don't do it nearly this often. Hopefully, this is the case with your Accord and adjusting the valves, when the engine is cold, will restore lost compression and performance. I recommend you take it to Honda or an independent mechanic specializing in Honda/Acuras.

OK I will take that in consideration but I have also talked to a buddy of mine and he said it culd also be my intake manifold gasket...

You said your neighbor did a CT and came up with valves. Ok that's fine, but a leaking intake gasket won't give low compression specs. It will only allow unmetered air to enter the cyl.
I'm with Tex on this, you need a 1/2 hour professional diagnosis. It won't cost all that much.
Do yourself a favor, and have piece of mind.
