Myself and child have lived in Washington state for the last 5 years, the farther lives in Idaho, the child support was court ordered in Idaho. Can I modify the child support here in Washington? The child is 16 and the farther make a lot more than when the support was ordered

You can file for a change of venue based on the fact that the child doesn't reside in Idaho any longer. Sometimes the judge will allow it, sometimes they will not as the non-custodial parent still lives there.
If the father is making more money, they will most likely order an increase in child support. Most states have a set percentage that the NCP pays for the child(ren) based on their gross income.
