The first day of my last period was October 2, 2006 I have taken a few HPT and they all showed negative! I made a doctor appiontment and he told me I was not ovulating correctly! My question is can I still get pregnant with out ovulating?

That would have been agreat question for your doctor when he told you about your problem. I'd sure call him back.

Not ovulating correctly could be that you are not ovulating at the same time each month maybe? Your doctor really shouldn't have just left you at that and not explained anything to you or given you any advice on what to do so I would definitely make another appointment!

p.s. If he said you're not ovulating correctly this could be something along the lines of PCOS, look it up, it might not be but there is a chance it could be

You cannot get pregnant if you don't ovulate! Ovulation is when an egg is released into the fallopian tube, down to the uterus. If there is no egg, there is no way you can get pregnant. If you are wanting to get pregnant you need to let your doctor know. They can put you on meds to help your cycles and they may even put you on clomid, which is a med to promote ovulation. Go back to your doctor, and if you don't feel like you are getting all the info you need ask lots of questions. Write them down whenever you think of them, then take them with you when you go. If s/he still isn't giving you what you are looking for start shopping for a new doctor!

You can't get pregnant if you do not ovulate. Please consider finding another dr. that can do tests on you. Most likely they will give you clomid to make you ovulate if you want to get pregnant. They will have to do some tests on you.
