2 british soldiers on the cover of the movie, investigating a series of murders ? Looks like animals or wolves of some kind. This is a horror movie. Can not remember what the title or who was in it.

Possibly Brotherhood of the Wolf (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brotherhood_of_the_Wolf), although they are not British soldiers.
