a/c not working, compressor not turning,clutch not engaging,check power to clutch none,check fuses relays all good ?

Has there been any recent repairs? You haven't had the system serviced lately?
The state of charge can prevent compressor operation if it's too low.
This diagnosis will likely need someone with the tools needed to check system charge as well as the A/C control system.

No recent repairs, I do all service,charge is good, There is no power at compressor clutch,when a/c is turned on check with volt meter?
