Hi I live in a 3 story ( 6 flats 2 per floor) building.I live in the middle flat on the left of the building.I have water coming from the ceiling through the spotlight in my ceiling and flooding the floor and it has gone through to the bottom flat.it is also coming from different parts of the ceiling.you can tell that its pipes up there as it is in straight lines going round the ceiling following the pipe lines.
my question is- is the pipes in my ceiling associated with my flats(would they be my main water pipes)or would the pipes be to do with upstairs flat??
I thought initially that it would be to do with the flat above as I thought that the waterpipes would be his underneath his flat.
Please help lol desperate man with 2 kids in desperate situation
