Hi Tathra...
The question is unclear, OK?
What about the "Paint on rubberised waterproofing for bathrooms and showers"? Do you want to use it? If so, for what application?
More details, please!

Hi here,
I have had a shower recess fitted and the plumber painted the floor with some orange coloured rubberised paint before we could lay the vynal or floor tiles (whatever we chose) and we were not allowed to walk on it until after we had laid the vynal.
However we have not got around to that,
But now we wish to recoat the cement floor with the same type of waterproofing paint on stuff to lay the vynal
And we don't know what it was that he used.
Can you advise us as to what it is please?

HI Tathra...
I am not familiar with the "orange stuff", so I can't really comment here, but here's a thread that seems to be talking about the stuff:
https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/plumbing/waterproofing-tiling-our-new-shower-stall-60109.html
I chimed in on the thread near the end to indicate my agreement to painting on a waterproof membrane OVER the cement board to make it truly "waterproof".
There are many other opinions in the thread. You'll need to decide which works best for you, OK?
Pop back here and post your thoughts if you want to discuss more, OK?
Hope it helps...
