A quit claim deed was signed by my mom (whom is 89 years old) to my sister. She did not know she was signing over ownership of her property. Can the deed be protested by my mom and her three other children?

yes, the mom should file a police report and make claims of fraud against the one sister, She should be told it is going to happen and give her a chance to sign it back on her own.
After you file criminal charges, the mom ( she is the only one that has a right to sue, should sue her daughter for the value of the property, ( the money) claiming she was a victim of fraud.
You never know what the court wll due and of course what the sister may do

How long ago did this happen? If it was very recent Mom should be able to rescind it. If not she can do what Chuck said and report it as a fraud.

If she signed it so long ago it might be a problem. I would suggest consulting with a local attorney to see what rights she has.
