I Have a mobile home and have a Enertrol energy management systen mox on my wall by my door and I don't know what it dose or how to use it I just know it has to do with the killowatts in the house could you pleses help me ?

Can you provide a model number of the unit? I do suspect it has been there for a while and is obsolete, probably one the many power savings devices, (AKA Gimmicks) sold several years ago.
