My basemeant ejection pump shoots dirty water into my upstairs kitchen sink what can I do?

Sump pump or sewage ejector?

If a sump pump, it sounds like the drain line that the pump connects to is clogged. Gain access to the drain pipe at or after the pump connects into it and snake the drain line clear using an electric hand-held snake. You can rent the snake at any local tool rental store.After the drain is cleared consider piping the pump to the outside as is code in most places... ;)

If an ejector pump then the same holds as above, but I would consider installing the piping into the larger MAIN DRAIN after all this is done/cleared so you can be sure that this won't happen again (unless the main drain clogs, of course).
