Check your RPMS make sure its running fast enough at high speed.
If the snow is to wet this could cause that also.

Try only half as wide on your runs. Too much all at once will bog down the impellers giving no "umph" to throw the snow. And yes, wet snow will clog the chutes very quickly just like DG said
