Since I was a small girl I kept seeing things in the corner of my eye, I heard people walking on the stairs when I was alone, things fell of the shelf and move. Its been happening for a long time, and its not the house because I've moved houses loads of times and it still happens,in my brothers room there were footsteps on the ceiling, also something says my name! I'm really scared how can I tell my parents and what could I do if they don't believ me? I'm only 12. HELP! PLEASE IM RELLY SCARED

Oh yes I also forgot I feel presence when I'm alone like there's something standing behind me!And my dogs keeps acting weirdly!

If they are calling out your name, then it is definitely something to do with you. Note if your dog acts angrily, sadly, or gets excited, his emotional reaction is definitely good information for you. Talk to the spirits when you feel them around you, tell them how you feel about them being with you, what you want from them, what you don't want from them, and set some rules for them; tell them when you would appreciate them being around or not, and let them know that you're in charge. Before you go to sleep, ask to be given a sign in your dreams about what you should do, who these people are, etc... Or, you can write your questions on a piece of paper and put it under your pillow at night. You may not get an answer right away, or even for a while, but it's worth a try. Do you feel like you're seeing a certain combination of numbers repetitively? For example, a combination of 5s and 3s, 9s and 6s, anything like that? Like whenever you look at the time, math equations, license plates, etc... Anything at all. If so, please comment on my answer with the combination of numbers you are seeing, I can tell you what they mean. So basically, try to handle these presences yourself, then, if all fails, tell your parents about them and tell them the things you tried doing to get rid of them. Your parents are more likely to believe you when they find out that you've been up to things the whole time. Maybe they might not believe in ghosts, but they could believe that you truly believe in them and are having experiences. If they don't believe in any of it, however, remember that there are plenty of other adults out there that do, and that will care for you. Hope I helped!
